Well I decided to post up what I will be using as an exercise guide. I will also throw in some for flexibility and some arm workout stuff. hopefully I will be able to start looking more girly and thin.
I see this guide reblogged all the time and most of the exercise stuff is pretty good (even though I’m generally too lazy to do any of it :p), but there’s one thing about it that really bothers me. If you’re a boy trying to look more feminine you DO NOT want to do arm workouts. Even skinny boys usually have thicker arms than the average girl and it can be really noticeable when they wear feminine tops, so you want your arms to be as thin as possible. You can’t spot reduce fat though, so doing arm workouts (especially with weights) will only make your arms thicker.
